Back camera and flashlight wont work

Suddently my backcamera and flashlight doesnt work after i restarted my iphone 11. I have tried to restart it again but it doesnt work and i have also tried to turn the flashlight off and on from the camera app. It wont turn the camera to the back camera and when i try to turn on the flashlight it doesnt go on. and on snapchat it sometimes just stays on black because the back camera wont work.
