My Google Chrome suddenly switched to Microsoft Bing and I can’t remove it (virus)

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14

I’ve tried setting Google to the default browser and deleting all the other browsers, restarting my computer etc, but even though the beginning screen is on Google, it automatically directs me to Bing. I really need help on this 🙏

Did you check your settings in your browser - that is where you choose the search engine you want to use. Bing is not a virus, it is a search engine and owned by Microsoft.

And Google is not a browser, just a different search engine. Chrome is a browser, if you are using that, then check the settings there.
