Apple TV audio sync issues

Hi everyone, I’ve been reading up a lot about Apple TV sync issues and I’ve tried to do everything that I have read up to fix this problem. I still seem to be having problems with my audio lagging behind some apps seems to be worse than others. I feel like Apple TV+ seems to be the worse even if I have my AirPods in at night the audio is still out if sync and I just don’t see how this is possible. I have a LG OLED tv and a SAMSUNG Q950A sound bar if anyone has managed to fix these issues please comment.
