Had my under 13 Childs iTunes account pulled off of family share. I can’t leave the family even though I’m the only one in it. When or how can I leave so I can join my new wife’s family plan?

I’ve tried that but I get “family has other members” warning. And it won’t let me proceed. I’m the only one showing to be in the family.
