How do I transfer pictures and videos to my new iphone. The old 11 was broken so there was no transfer to the cloud

I want to copy my images, music and contacts from my old iPhone XR to my new iPhone 11. I have already started using my new iphone 11. Can I copy Over by placing phones new each other. I skipped this step earlier. Thanks

I am sorry to say. if the Photos and Videos are on the iPhone 11 which is broken down and not operational then there is nothing that can be done.
