zooming out iphone

Hello,

Does anyone know how to zoom out the Iphone?

My iphone is extremely zoomed in, triple finger double tap isnt working, triple finger triple tap isnt working too, i cant press on settings nor open the zoom in accessibility because it is too zoomed in, siri cant zoom it out for me, and i cant access my iphone into itunes because i need to press on trust this PC and i cannot press on this button as the phone is just stuck on full zoom in mode and i cant move it even while swiping with three fingers at the same time.

Please i need help
