Yes… using Swift Playgrounds.

If you like having the opportunity to learn, having an “idea” is always the first essential step. Swift Playgrounds was originally conceived to provide an introduction to coding - beginning with no assumed knowledge.


iPadOS15 expanded Swift Playgrounds capabilities in being able to create Apps on your iPad - and submit them to the App Store as a finished product. Swift is powerful, but inevitably lacks the complexity and capabilities of more powerful coding environments such as Xcode.
