The screen of my iPhone XR has started behaving weirdly

Hi,

The screen of my iPhone XR has started behaving weirdly (I have attached a pic). It isn’t like this the whole time, only once every few days or so and I can cure it by switching the phone off and then on again. What should I do please? The phone is very out of warranty.

Thanks.

It might be a hardware (screen? digitizer? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
