I have installed whatsapp and then try to restore my whatsapp chat but problem is that during restore it stuck at 94% However my internet connection and mobile charging is fine. I also contacted whatsapp support but they said it is iCloud related issue. So pls help

Plug your device into power and make sure that you're connected to Wi-Fi. You can't restore from a backup over a cellular Internet connection, and try another Wi-Fi network.
Check your software version and update if needed.
