I have a Mac Mini running latest macOS 12.4
Problem is if I put it to sleep it wakes up after a few seconds.
I see lots of these in the log
DarkWake from Deep Idle [CDN] : due to NUB.SPMI0Sw3IRQ nub-spmi.0x02 rtc/ Using AC (Charge:0%) 45 secs
Any idea how to fix this?

Sleep isn't necessary, so the problem is entirely avoidable. Disable it, there's no other "fix".
Exactly what it says, disable Sleep, all pain, no gain. Turn the monitor off on timer as shown & sleep easy! For long absences/overnights, shut.
What do you mean "No need to sleep later Macs"??
But that its sleeping for a short time and then waking over and over is not what it's suppose to do. Doing this turns mouse and connected USB-dives on and off repeatedly.
And if it was a laptop it would drain the battery
Anyone else that has on actual fix to my problem. Just saying that I should disable sleep is not a solution
Sleep does not work. I've got hundreds of "DarkWake from Deep Idle [CDN]" in the logs as the computes sleeps and wakes repeatedly
No need to Sleep later Macs, display off on timer is enough. Use these settings:
I have other Mac's that has sleep working as expected so it's clearly fixable. Please stop posting things that are not relevant to this problem
