Otterbox Defender for iPhone 13 Pro loose on the bottom

I bought an Otterbox Defender case for an iPhone 13 Pro at an Apple Store last year and the bottom of the case is super loose, to the point where you can literally remove the case from the bottom edge of the phone with one finger. The case and phone have been used in normal conditions, nothing extreme, nearly only at home but it seems like the bottom half of the case has expanded despite MagSage charging nearly never being used and it not being exposed to extreme heat.

I can‘t find a way to ask for a warranty swap on Apple‘s website. Any suggestions from

anyone, as it isn‘t a cheap case?
