i have bought iphone 13 pro max from ebay and then i get and and it is grabbed and now apple loc please who can help me to solve this ?

If your phone is locked to another Apple ID (Activation Locked) - then you will need the code for this Apple ID to unlock the device.

look issue is that i bouht it from ebay and ship it to Armeni with third party company

ebay can not do refund in this caee

but i have evidence that i have purchusad it

want to know in this case apple will help me ?

look the seller from ebay provided me iclod login and password but nothing when i am trying to activate there is showing in screen the activstion failed

Then the seller did not properly remove their ID.

Contact eBay to arrange for a return/refund.
