Hi Green1288,

Apple support Communities is a collection of user-to-user communities. The people responding to your question and the the questions posed by other users of the hardware and software named in each community are users of that software and hardware, not employees of or representatives of Apple.

The promptness of a reply to your question, and to the questions of other participants depends on who is signed in and whether any of those people (users of the software/hardware) have an answer to your question(s) or think they may be able to help you solve an issue.

Some questions get a useful reply within minutes of being posted. Others don't generate a reply within 24 hours.

Apple does assign a group of Community Specialists to monitor the communities for posts that fall into the latter class noted above. Had you not received a reply within a day, you would likely see a reply from one of the Community Specialists. These will generally contain a link to one or more knowledge base articles where you might find information relative to your issue.

Regarding your question:

"Templates" are just that—pre-formatted patterns that can be filled with your own content to create a Document. Placeholder text is used to provide a visual example of how the document will appear when you've added your own text.

More Pages templates, and templates for Numbers and Keynote can be found at https://iworkcommunity.com

Here's an image of their Table of Contents:

A duckduckgo search for iwork templates returns several websites offering free or paid templates for one or more of the iWork applications, and including the company web address of one supplier with a for sale bundle available at the Mac App store.

Regards,

Barry
