rowing calories inaccurate
Has anyone successfully calibrated the rowing workout calorie count?
It's so far off, that it's useless... at least using the "paddle sports" setting kind of works.
I'm using a LF-HX as they do on Fitness+ so they must know how far off (low 50%?) it is.
Using a C2 erg gives similar results to LF, and frankly walking with a HR of 100 reports the same cal/min as a row.
It seems like there's a severe miscalculation, but Apple knows since they use it internally, so if there's a setting to correct, I'd like to hear about it.
