Icloud+ Basically wont do its thing.

I bought icloud+ (200gb) to free up some space on my Iphone. Its standing like this for almost a month now. I tried it being in power and conected, nothing. Please help.

Ps. It sais paused for battery life, my battery is always 100% and when i resume it, it doesnt start.

Turn off Low Power mode and restart iPhone .

Go to Setting > Battery > Turn off Low Power Mode.

Make sure that iCloud Backup is turned on in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.
Connect your device to a power source.
Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
Make sure that your device's screen is locked.

The best thing about what you said is that my iphone is never in low power mode.. i just dont know what else to do
