Itunes store (Malta)

Good Morning all

Just wanted to ask about the Itunes store in Malta there is the new Spider-man movie but it's only available for rent, you cant purchase it, but if you search in a different country store it gives you the option to buy or rent. I want to know why I can't purchase it.
