Credit Cart country/Region

I have a problem with my credit card people say that I have to put in the countries The country where I created the credit card but the country I'm looking for I can't find it, the name of the country is Togo

Apple doesn't have an App Store/iTunes in your country.

App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books availability. *

Not in another country's store. You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country. I
