Not having done it, I would assume you would have to create a bootable installer of Monterey, erase your drive then install.

Ventura is Not Released to the Public.
Do not even know if it is even available for Beta Testing.
So, predicated on the above statements, downgrading from Ventura to Monterey would not be possible
Just to certain - how about a Screen Shot like below without Serial Number of Computer
Try running this command in the Terminal…
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 12.4
Only the developers beta of Ventura is available. The only way to get that legally is to be a registered developer, in which case you follow the instructions in the documentation that was provided along with the beta.
If you are NOT a registered developer and have pirated the developers beta, I have no sympathy for you. Google it.
When I click the Mac Os Monterey installer link, App store is opened. But when I click GET , system preferences is opened and nothing happens as you can see in the image. It says your mac is up to date.

AppleSeed members also have access to the beta as well: https://appleseed.apple.com
It installed or downloaded? I assume it downloaded into the Applications folder. If so, you need to follow the intructions linked above on how to create a bootable installer.
