DISPUTE A CHARGE

I was billed $217 from apple and was posted yesterday. i definitaly did not spend 217 on apple.

i would like a refund please.

We are end users like you, not Apple, and have neither access to Apple records nor the ability to perform refunds.

Many such charges are scammers "spoofing" Apple. If that is the case, only you card issuer can resolve that. My wife's AMEX number was apparently mined form a defunct website where she'd used it years before. AMEX investigated, found it was not us, and issues Mrs AJ a new account number—all in about 24 hours.
