  1. If you did cancel them, then there is no way you are being charged for them. The only exception to this is if you cancelled them less than 24 hours before they were set to renew, in which case Apple advises it may still charge you for them.
  2. You can get receipts for them by logging in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com if they don't show up there, then the charges were not for those subscriptions, but very likely for something else that should appear there.
  3. Apple charges show up on your payment method as "apple.com/bill" so no way to determine what it was for from there, that's why you need to got o the report a problem website to identify the charges.
  4. If they were cancelled and still charged you as explained in point number 2, then you can contact Apple Support directly to request a refund by clicking here: link-> Contact Apple Support
