No service

I have tried so many forms of troubleshooting to get service back on my phone, but it hasn’t worked.

I cannot find the cellular update services that’s under the general services.

I have tried everything, it’s still not working. I’m trying to speak to an online support personnel, but it’s difficult to navigate.
