Trying to send tickets from wallet. It’s telling me to enable I message?

I can send them to myself but not to the person I’m trying to send them to. This happens in wallet and when I try to resend them from my phone

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Not all tickets can be shared. If you don't see the share icon, the merchant that issues the ticket hasn't enabled sharing in the Wallet app. We recommend checking their app or website for options to share tickets.


If the merchant confirms that sharing is enabled in the Wallet app, go to Settings > Messages and make sure iMessage has been successfully enabled on your iPhone.


Let us know the results. Be sure to include specific error messages and any other troubleshooting steps that you may have tried.
