My iPhone 12 Pro Max turned off.
Now it doesn’t react on anything.
There is only just a Black display with apple logo.
I need to Download my Photos and videos😭 There are vital to me.
There are videos, which are needed to my Diploma project.
Also, there are a lot of memorable photos of my nieces starting from the day of birth.
I just can’t loose anything from Camera roll.
Please, help me🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

There is a good chance that the only way you will be able to access your iPhone again would be to restore it. This process would completely erase the phone ... and why you would need backups.
You still have the option to contact Apple Support directly as they may be able to offer potential options for this situation. You can do so, simply by selecting the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page. Alternately, you can pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options. Good luck!

My Iphone 12 Pro Max - is stucked on the apple logo, I also tried several times to do the things with volume and side buttons.
It doesn't work!!!
Also. on my Macbook - there is a latest iOS version and I even can't download iTunes.
Sometimes the display screen - goes black for 5 seconds and then the apple logo comes back on.
I've tried all of the ways with the volume buttons and I can't connect it to iTunes.
I have a lack of the storage on iPhone. But I have the Large amount of memory in iCloud. BUT! I don't know why and how come - but the latest Backup there is only dated 19 of March 2022 (Today is a 8 th of June!!!).
And also, iCloud saved not every single photo and video. There isn't tons of my photos and videos, vital and important ones especially/
Please, help me!!! I need those video material for my Diploma workpaper.
