Does this happen when using both Wi-Fi and cellular data?

Does this happen when listening to music downloaded for offline play?

I have the family share plan and for the past month I have been getting this error. We have 5g internet and cellular data but it doesn’t matter. The error occurs all the time. All the best songs won’t play. My kids can’t listen to any songs they have just recently added to favorites.
