I bought a new iPhone 12 pro max and i see that the mobile number is different with the first litter compare with my other iPhones all starts by litter M and the new phone mobile number 3H444RU/A what is mean ?

A model number beginning with 3 means it is refurbished, but not by Apple; it was refurbished by an approved 3rd party business. the H identifies the company that refurbished it, but the interpretation is a secret known only to Apple and the refurbisher.
i called apple support and they told me that the phone is ok and the mobile number is normal, but they didn’t told me that it refurbished out apple !!! At the end You advise me to keep the phone or return it to the seller ?
That isn't a phone number it is a model number.

I can't answer the question. If you are concerned about the model number, use the Get Support button at the top of this page to ask Apple.
Thanks Lawrence. I tried to figure it out, but came up empty handed.
As it was an authorized refurbisher and it checked out it should be as good as a new phone, perhaps even better, as it had to be more thoroughly tested than the automated testing of new phones.
