ERROR 1004

Hi everyone so I am trying to put a fresh install of el captain on my 2007 iMac but every time it comes up with the same error code “Error 1004 please try again later.” And I am unable to do anything I have tried disconnecting from my Wi-Fi then reconnecting but I can’t fix it pls help
