can you please forgiving me, how can i do this without priority of the owner, how can i use my email address to make purchasing apple product, to apple store?

You need to log in with your Apple ID on your device and add a valid Credit/Debit Card to purchase. The Cards may not be used for free app purchases and are used only to identify you.
