How do I factory restore inactivated iPhone 7S? I removed it from find my, erased all settings, and updated to 15.4.1 and now it won’t even activate. I’m trying to give it to my nephew. It worked just fine before the update.

Getting this Activated:
A. Start Here: If you can't Activate your iPhone - Apple Support
B. "No Service":
Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
C. Contact your Carrier:
Having handed this over to your nephew, he needs to contact this Carrier, asking them to configure this to to correct settings. They configure all of this in the SIM card.
