Computer randomly restarts

My church was using a 2019 iMac with pretty high specs and it started to restart all of the time. One time it did give an error saying it restarted because of a problem. We decided to buy a brand new mac studio and once we plugged everything in it started doing the same random restarts. We are running 5 monitors and are running ProPresenter 7 along with garageband. The monitors are being linked back to the computer using Cat6 and a variety of different adapters that could be causing the issue. I was able to log before and after the restart using the Console app on mac. I am simply trying to figure out if its the software (ProPresenter or Garageband) or if it possibly one of the connectors linking to the monitor. It wont let me attach the logs from the console. I could possibly paste them in but I'm not sure because they are so long. I am very grateful to who ever can help!

Hmm, it's really hard to understand where's the problem located.

If possible, I would start MAc usage with those devices, connecting them one by one after some period of time to determine who is a culprit
