My camera got water in it but then it started working after, it still says that I can’t use my Face ID even though my camera is perfectly fine now please fix this .. quick

Take it in for service, which is most likely "replacement". If you can get a backup first, do so. If you have AppleCare+ you still pay, but less than for an "out of warranty replacement".
