My phone does not work on wifi at home but does outside the home.

if it was me then I would

try to disconnect the wifi router for 30sec and see if it made it behave
check if there were newer firmware updates for the wifi router from the manufacturers support website
check the wifi routers configuration to verify that both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi were bridged and set to be connected to the internet
