Somehow my Apple ID was initially set up with someone else’s email address on it. How do I remove it? It tell me I can’t remove it because it’s an email alias but I don’t have contact with that person and need their email off my account

You should be able to remove it on appleid.apple.com. If its the primary email, add another email that is correct to the account and make it the primary one. If its not the primary one, you should be able to delete it.
