I need to know how to turn off find my phone if the screen is frozen on an iphone 11

I need to know how to turn off "find my phone" if the screen is frozen on an iphone 11

It's being sent back to att for repair and they won't touch it until this feature is off, but the screen is frozen.

Then phone comes on and has no damage at all, but the screen won't swipe of do anything. I've tried the factory restart and no luck with that. please help!

If you no longer have access to your iPhone, you can remove a device from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com.
