WhatsApp Business couldn't start. Please restart your iPhone if the problem continues.

I am facing this message for months many times a day. The issue isn’t with whatsapp itself; when it happens, it stops my email on boxer app and youtube videos become (sometimes) black screen. I tried to back up & restore data then I erased it all. Recently I changed my iPhone 13 pro max to another but the issue still there.
