Disappointment

I was not able to join 30 days free trail after I purchased a new TV from Best Buys few days ago. I learned that Apple won't give me and they said that when I purchased new Iphone last year and asked me if I wanted a free trail using Apple TV and I denied. BUT I would like to try out with Apple TV for 30 days and see if I want to continue using Apple TV. They said it s too late no matter if I denied a free trail last year. That makes me so upset. Because I never try out with Apple TV. You can see data from me and there is no movies from me. That is very dishonest Apple TV business!
