Issues since 5B58 firmware update? Running the latest software on my iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Air 4. Ever since AirPods firmware 5B58 was released, my AirPods Pro (1st Gen, manufactured in 2021) have been nearly worthless. The right Airpod constantly disconnects and is very difficult to get to reconnect to either device. If I pause a show and then hit play later, I’m getting intermittent sounds, as though I am a long way away from the source Bluetooth signal and it’s cutting out (even though I’m within two feet). And I’m getting recurrent crackling sounds in certain circumstances. They were working perfectly until this week, but now super frustrating. Anyone else experiencing issues?

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. There are troubleshooting steps available prior to servicing the low sound on your left AirPod. We recommend to follow these steps: If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support (SA) Specifically the section that says, "If there's low volume in one AirPod."
