Luis provided me with an Automator script to save every frame containing a marker.
I saved the action/script but it appears I can only access it from the File>Open Recent menu in Automator.
If I hit "Clear Menu" it will be gone.
Is there a solution?

I don't really remember if I manually moved my Automator apps into this location or Automator did it for me.
However, try moving your Quick Action to ~/Library/Services [that's the Library folder inside your User home folder, just to be clear.] Then check to see if it's available from Final Cut Pro menu > Services (you may need to restart FCP).
If it doesn't work, you can always remove the file from that location.

I think Fox already got you there, but just to reiterate, when you create a Quick Action it goes to ~/Library/Services
This is part of the often annoying but understandable security restrictions that have been tightening up with each OS version.
You to give Automator and your script permission to “control your computer”. Not at my mac but it is somewhere In System Preferences->Security & Privacy->Privacy->Automation(?)
Well it was almost a correct answer!
Opening Final Cut Pro > Services revealed the file but this appeared on clicking it.................
From there I discovered if I clicked Show Workflow, the original file would appear and double-clicking it would open the action in Automator.
Can you convert it to an Application? I don't run into that dialog with my scripts.
Thanks for that suggestion. I am clueless about Automator but with a little help from Google I managed to do it.
Thanks Luis. I had figured out where it was stored.........it was just a pain having to navigate to it every time................even though that takes under 10 seconds every blue-moon. 😱
Or maybe you don’t need to. If you only use Automator occasionally it is probably still in the list under “Open Recent”.
