Automator Quicktime actions missing

Hey there!

I am trying to create a workflow for an audio recording with Quicktime. However, I seem to be missing quite a lot of actions with Quicktime as you can see below. Why is that?

That is as good as it gets in Big Sur. Exactly what I see. Depending on what you hope to achieve, you can use a Utilities > Run AppleScript action and code from the QuickTime Player AppleScript scripting dictionary to expand your options.


You might also review what is available to you in the Automator Music library and AppleScript scripting dictionary if these tools and workflow are applicable to a result.
