Apple ID is not active

hello all ,

I have a question regarding a trouble with my iCloud. I have MacBook Air but when I trie to log in on my iCloud account I receive a alert saying that this Apple ID does not exist. Does anybody know how to fix the problem please? I just bought this new MacBook Air.
