Highlights or spots on a black background Iphone 13

When watching the movie, I noticed strange lights when the screen turns black, and in different scenes, some lights appear on black colors all over the screen. Then I tried to take a picture of just black color from the camera and look at the photo, around this photo, too, lights began to appear all over the screen. Is this normal at all, or do I have a defective phone? By the way, sometimes my screen blinks when, for example, I type text or some actions occur on the screen. Please help solve these problems! If someone checks on their phones, it is very clearly visible in the dark!
