Why doesn’t my watch series 7 hold a charge

Sadly, this link was not helpful. My Series 7 is charging fine. The issue is that it’s suddenly gone from holding a charge for almost 2 full days to barely 12 hrs. Battery itself is still showing at 100%, watch is not even 6 months old. I’m not doing anything differently. In fact, I have turned off display on raise, cut notifications, shut off background app refresh, and removed several apps. Also turned off heart rate monitoring, oxygen monitoring, etc. All to no avail. Any other ideas what could be going on? And yes, I’ve turned it on an off a few times. Appreciate any help or suggestions.
I solved mine by unpairing the watch and then setting it up as a new watch. It was worth losing my settings and having to reinstall them. That was a month ago and still holding the charge. I still have at least 85 % at end of night.
