Parental Control App Uninstall
Have used parental control app called famisafe on son's phone and now I can't uninstall - none of apps work now!

You will have to contact the provider of the app. The whole point is that it can’t be uninstalled; if it could be it would be useless.
You may be able to restore the phone to factory settings and then set it up as a new phone→Restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
