Update Payment Details - Won’t Stop

I got a notice to update my payment details due to my iCloud storage payment being declined. I was finally able to delete my old credit card (it was stolen and I got a replacement), and add my new card but now I keep getting the alert to update payment details. I’ve tried multiple times and also received the email notification from Apple that my payment had been updated, but it stills wants me to update. The current card is showing up under my payment details and has the same billing address. Any guidance would be appreciated!
