I can't find the High Power mode on my M1 Pro Mac Book Pro 16. There's no list, just a check box to turn on or off the low power mode.
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.4

There is no High Power Mode to find. You either operate your computer normally or to run your computer in reduced energy usage, you use Low Power Mode. This would really only be useful in times when you are using your computer on battery and you don't have access to an electrical outlet to plug the MacBook Pro into power.
Thanks for chiming in leroydouglas. I should have known only the Max has high power mode, but appreciate learning from you.
