macbook pro M2 pro 16 inch high power mode is gone ?

hi to all:))

there was an energy mode tab under battery section where we can swıtch to hıgh power mode

on my previous macbook pros

But there is not that optıon on my new macbook pro M2 pro 16 inch ?

Is high power mode gone ?or am i missing sth?
