My iphone 12 is stuck in emergency sos mode stating "your emergency contacts have been notified"

How do I unlock this feature? The phone will not power down.

In cases where phone will not power down then use this

Forced restart

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better you should arrange a repair iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
