Battery Problem

Hello, I bought my phone 2 months ago and the battery has dropped by 99%. I have always charged the phone with the original charger, I have never used a charger. Please help me understand if everything is normal with the phone? I live in Armenia but the employees of the service center here do not understand anything.

Thanks in advance.

On average, you'll lose about 1% battery capacity a month. However, the drop is not always linear. Sometimes, it will stay the same for a couple of months, then drop several points. So, what you're seeing is absolutely fine.
