Thanks - I have an Apple Musica family subscription that shows up on my macbook and iphone - not on the PC. I am not the administrator.

When I go onto the site there is no option to turn on icloud music library.

Are you signed in with your Apple ID and is the computer also authorized to the Apple ID. Have you checked to make sure you haven't blocked Apple Music features?
