trying to enter my postal code on the phone
On a phone call, during an automated system that wants me to enter my postal code. How do I pick a specific letter on the phone keypad?

Usually what the phone system expects is the number that matches with the letter. It does not matter that 3 or more letters share a letter.
This would be a question best asked of the company with the system. It's not an iPhone-specific issue.
