If I deleted photos from my iPhone more than 30 days ago, can I get them back?

If the 30 day mark passes can i get it back

No. If you deleted items, they are permanently deleted after 30 days. Check for any items in your Recently Deleted folder to see what may remain.

If the 30 day limit has passed then you cannot recover you deleted photos from iCloud (If this is what you are asking).
